Our Story

Sandra and Serjio’s story started over 12 years ago, and from the very beginning, it was obvious: she was the mature one, and he… had undeniable potential (or so she kept telling herself).

When Sandra first saw Serjio, she thought he looked like one of the Lopezes—George or Mario—so naturally, her expectations were high. Little did she know, this guy would win her over with late-night tacos, scary movies, and enough laughter to make her forget his “potential” phase.

For years, friends and family kept pestering them with, “So, when’s the wedding?” Sandra, ever the realist, would reply, “Ask Serjio,” while Serjio would grin and say, “We’re working on it!” (Spoiler alert: he wasn’t working on it.)

Then one fateful day, after binge-watching King of Queens for the 47th time, Serjio had an epiphany: if Doug could make it happen, so could he. That’s when he decided to finally pop the question—and we can all agree, it’s about time.

Now, they’re making it official, proving that good things truly come to those who wait—and that Sandra deserves a lifetime achievement award for her patience. Here’s to their next chapter, filled with adventures, laughter, and Sandra always keeping Serjio grounded. Cheers to forever!
